You can book and move in directly through our website, or contact us and we’ll send a secure link to your phone or email. Once your ID is verified and payment is received, we’ll send you a gate PIN and a map showing your unit. Just bring your own padlock and you're ready to move in.

We do not allow flammable, hazardous, perishable, stolen, illegal, or environmentally harmful items to be stored under any circumstances.

We recommend insuring your items while in storage. Most insurers can extend coverage at no extra cost—just let them know you're storing with Picton Storage Units.

Each unit is locked with your own padlock, and only you hold the key. The facility is fully fenced, accessed via a secure PIN-operated gate, and monitored by 24/7 camera surveillance for peace of mind.

We charge a one-month minimum, but you’re welcome to store for just a day if needed. We kindly ask for 7 days’ notice before moving out.

Payments are debited monthly in advance from your credit card or bank account.
